Weekend Snack Pack Program Information

HMS will continue to provide weekend snack packs for students in need this year. Please see the Weekend Snack Pack Application in the resource area on the left side of the HMS Counseling website. This application needs to be filled out prior to receiving snack packs. Applications are available in the Counseling office as well. We want to also thank Liberty United Methodist for continuing to provide the snack packs weekly, therefore ensuring that our families have more food security throughout the school year.

Self-Harm Fact Sheet for Northland Schools

Please see the attached document in the left column of our Counseling webpage ("Counselor Locker" area) to learn about facts on self-harm and the trends we sometimes see during middle school years. Self-harm refers to people deliberately hurting or mutilating their bodies without necessarily wanting to die. It often begins in the teenage years.

LPS Academic and Career Services Website

Click here to learn more about this new career resource!

Academic and Career Services is here to facilitate connections between students and their community. By partnering with local businesses, the Liberty School District can provide real-world, hands-on experiences in the field. Liberty also invites adults from the community to become volunteers and work with students one on one or with a group of students.

Our Mission

The mission of the Academic and Career Services Department is to establish relationships between the students of Liberty Public Schools and the community. By collaborating with businesses and people of the community, we can provide resources to our students that will help them to be college and career ready.
